Quality Practices
We continually review and improve out quality control processes to achieve the goal of best practice in products and services provided by Tranzquip.
To ensure all Tranzquip products are strictly in compliance with industrial standards and not only meet but exceed expectations, we have established a quality infrastructure. This consists of R&D, design, manufacturing and testing that work harmoniously to provide quality air hydraulic equipment. We service the Trucking, Bus, Car/Automotive, Agriculture, Aviation, Armed Forces, and Mining industries.
Prior to despatch from our distribution centre each Tranzquip product is individually inspected, tested and certified to predetermined quality standards for the product type to ensure a zero defect status. Each product has an individual serial number laser engraved into the body of the product and is cross referenced to the manufacturing processes for traceability. We ensure all our suppliers are ISO certified and conduct factory based reviews on a regular basis.
